Can't save Apex class file

    My company NYC BIC purchased an enterprise version. I have setup the welkin and I'm new with this IDE. My Project has bitbucket setup. Most of things are working smoothly, but whenever trying to save a Apex class or visual force page I'm getting Replace file option isntead of regular saving. Please see attached screen-shots.

      Thank you for contacting us on this issue. I will be happy to assist.
      May I please ask you to follow the next steps when you get the 'Save As' window and the further error when saving a file:
      1. please open your Task Manager -> Performance;
      2. please find the 'Open Resource Monitor' command and open it;
      3. navigate to the 'Disk' tab and expand the Disk Activity section;
      4. you can use sorting for the File column and please find here the file that the IDE proposed you to "Save As" - this will help us to see which application, service, or process uses this file.
      Please let me know about a result.
      Also, can you please tell me if you store your TWS project locally or use any external storage for this, for example, OneDrive, etc.
      If you use any external storage, I kindly ask you to save your project locally on your computer and check if the issue would be reproduced.
