    Hello,

The following occurs quite often to me and it's quite annoying:

    - I edit the code

    - I build, build is successfull

    - Then the error popups that the code has been edited outside the editor and ask me to reload or not. It's odd since I'm the only one working with it.

    - Doesn't matter if I press yes or no, but all my changes are gone. Aaaarrggggghhh

Please fix this. It destroys hours of work. I had this behaviour from the beginning when I started using WS, but not that often as lately. At the moment I have it several times a day.

    Frank

      Hi Frank,

      Thank you for your post.

This is known issue for us. We have included the work on this to our next sprint.

Our team has already found the reason for this behaviour.

As a workaround, you can pull your project from Salesforce after the new changes were removed after the successful build.

I kindly ask you to let us know if this action solves your issue.

Anyway, we are going to fix this.

      Regards,

      Kate

Well, thing is that the server still has the old version, while WS says that the build is successful. A pull doesn't help. Sometimes a couple of ctrl-z's works, but not Always. I have this behaviour for months, but it happened very occassionaly. Lately it happens quite more often. At the moment only thing I can do is be prepared when this message pops up and act properly.

I am having the same issue as Frank. Kate's proposed workaround does not work, as the new changes are never committed to the server.

I have Welkin Suite up on one monitor and at the same time have the existing Apex Trigger page from the target Salesforce org open on a different monitor. When I build the solution (tried clicking "Build Solution" and "Build and Run Tests"; both have the same result), and see that the build was successful, I refresh the Salesforce page, and the code is not updated, nor is the "Last Modified Date" of the Trigger.

          Details:

          • Just downloaded Welkin Suite a few days ago.
          • Working on updating an existing Apex Trigger.
          • Target SF org is Enterprise Production.
          • I run into the problem even with the smallest of changes, i.e. removing one line of whitespace or adding a comment, so I'm thinking this isn't a problem with lack of code coverage with / testing the updated code.

+1 on this. This one has been really frustrating for me as well.

                Hi guys,

Our developers are investigating this issue, so I kindly ask you please to answer the next questions:

                • Is it actual when you build one concrete class or for different classes? And what about Visualforce?
                • Have you any scheduled jobs with the class where you changes are gone?
                • Have you an active test run with this class?
                • Have you any deployment process with this class?

We are verifying several reasons for this issue. Your answerы will help us to find the proper one.

                Thank you,

                Kate
