    Hi,

First of all, congratulations with this wonderfull Salesforce IDE, one of the best I 've ever seen.

Of course, all software has some bugs and I found one that creates some frustation for me.

If you want to create a new Salesforce page (Visualforce Page), a Lightning Bundle or a Visualforce component, the name stays as default (Page1.page), even if you enter another name for your page.

Also in the Salesforce org, you get the name "Page1.page". I had the same issue with the Visualforce component and the Lightning bundle.

If I create an apex class, the name is ok, but I get an error "Object Reference not set to an instance of an object. The class is created in the Salesforce org and you can pull it in the editor, but it is very annoying to get the error, to pull the classes, to wait (if you have a big org,...)

Is it possible to fix those 2 things ? It would be very helpfull !!

    Kind regards,

    Gunther

      Hi Gunther,

Thank you for the kindest words about The Welkin Suite IDE and for your bug report.

The issue related to the default name of your file is known to us. Our developers will work on this soon.

As a workaround, please change the default name of a new file on the first stage, when you select the type this file. In the bottom of this window, you can see the field with the default file name.

As for the issue related to the files creation, this is known for us also. We are looking for the reason for this.

I'll keep you updated when this issue will be solved.

      Thank you,
      Kate
