If successfully connected to salesforce, i choose my custom setting to update then choose my csv. The fields were mapped, and when i click on next, i obtain an error (see screenshot of error)

Since there is no available screenshot under your post, may I please clarify with you if there are commas or other symbols in the titles of your files?
We have been faced with this issue and it will be solved in the nearest version of TWS.
If you have another issue, I kindly ask you to reproduce this and send us a bug report directly from TWS. You can do this the following way: Main Menu -> Help -> Report a Bug. This way we will get your Activity Log file. This will help us to understand the reason for the error you are faced.
