    Hey,



    we are facing a weird problem right now. In the Welkin Suite you can pull Email Templates and you can also change them. But if then try to upload them back to Salesforce it always says



    "Search for changed files started [12:09:12.800].

    Changed files were not found."



    in the output window. Is it not possible to edit and upload email templates from the Welkin Suite?

      Hi Markus,



      Thank you for your contacting us with this issue.

      To update your Email Templates files which have been edited in TWS, please use the 'Deploy objects' option that you can find in the Main Menu -> Build. The status of this operation will be displayed for you in the status bar at the bottom of the IDE.

        Hey Kate,



        When I click that I just get the notification "objects deployment has failed".

          Hi Markus,



          Thank you for your response.

          May I please ask you to check if the Email Templates files were updated on your Salesforce Org or no?

          Please reproduce the issue one more time and right after this send us your TWS log files. You can do this using the 'Report a Bug' functionality in the Main Menu / Help. You can paste the link to the current post as a description and please make sure that the 'Attach Log File' checkbox is enabled.

          This will help us to find the reason for the failed deployment process.

            Hey Kate,



            I have sent the bug report. I just wanted to add that this behaviour is reproducable on different machines. We have two pro WS-versions and this happens on both of them.

              Hi Markus,



              Thank you for your bug report with the log files - we have got it.

              May I please ask you to check the deployment status for the same process on your Salesforce Organization? You can find this information in the Setup mode, Deploy / Deployment Status. If the status for the process is failed you will see the reason for this. Please share it with us.

              If the deployment process is succeeded on Salesforce, we will continue to investigate this issue in a frame of TWS functions.



              In addition, can you please tell if the issue is reproduced for edited Email Templates files only or for other metadata types that can be deployed also?
