Trying to deploy from production ORG to sandbox and getting very generic error message (attached). Would be nice to see the error so I can fix it.

Hi Mark,
Thank you for contacting us with this issue.
In the case which you are faced with, looks like that IDE doesn't handle the error which was the reason for the failed deployment process.
I kindly ask you to send us a bug report directly from the IDE. This option is available for you in the menu Help -> Report a Bug. please enable the checkbox 'Attach Log File' and enter your email. This way we will receive your TWS log files. These files will help us to understand which error was the reason for the issue.
Thank you,
Kate

Hi Mark,
Thank you for your bug report with the attached log files.
The reason for the failed deployment is two objects with the same name on your remote Organization (sandbox).
Currently, the IDE doesn't handle this error, and this is why you got the general error message.
I kindly ask you to check the list of object files on your sandbox. You can do this directly from The Welkin Suite IDE the next way: please create TWS project related to your sandbox and open the 'Project metadata components' wizard. This is available for your in the menu Project or in the context menu of a project in the Solution Explorer. Then expand the Object metadata type and check if there are objects with the same name. After this, you can change one of them, if this is acceptable for you.
Then you can use this sandbox as a remote Organization for your deployment.
I kindly ask you to let me know if this will help you solve the issue.
Thank you,
Kate
