I try to build my code and I get a message that I need to pull first, when I pull I get a message that all my files are updated, this was an endless cycle.
Another developer here had modified a controller and then during the build hit cancel because it was taking more than 20 minutes, once he did that we both couldnt pull or push so he went to salesforce and deleted the controller than tried to pull again but welkin suite couldn't see that change, we tried a few different things to get it to work and then just decided to create a new project and just pull whatever salesforce had for us but now we are both waiting roughly 15 minutes each in this screen that says: "Download Salesforce Project - your project is on its way to you. - please be patient as this may take some time" but then getting a message that says:
Sorry, we couldny download your project files
Possible Reason:
- Problems with internet connection - no problems here.
-Maintenance works at Salesforce - possible but unlikely
-Invalid username/password - everthing is valid
-security token or incorrect while IP is not whitelisted - our IP is whitelisted, this isn't the issue.
We are currently dead in the water with development.
Is there something we can do to "reset" it all?
If not, is there a support number that we can call to get help with this?
