We were investigating your installation issue.
If you find the reason for the error we stop this process.
Previously you asked if there is the ability to disable the automatic update of the IDE.
We do not recommend to disabling the auto-update functionality as new releases as well as hotfixes are coming very often and it may be hard to keep latest TWS version manually.
However if you really need this you can disable The Welkin Suite's auto-updater following this steps:
open your Task Manager -> Services -> Services... (the button on the bottom of the pop-up window) â€‹
find â€˜The Welkin Suite Auto-Updaterâ€™ service and double click on itâ€‹
on the General tab in the â€˜Startup typeâ€™ drop-down select â€˜Disabledâ€™
After all this actions The Welkin Suite will be stay in the version that you install.
As a side note, we hope you can use the automatic update of the IDE in the future.
