    The FLS inspector is not working, not even showing up info properly.


    I've already generated a log from within the app


    I am using R17 on Mac OS X Mojave

      Thank you for contacting us on this and for your bug report.


      May I please clarify with you several details which can help us in our investigation related to this issue?

      Here are my questions:

      1. Is the issue reproduced for all your objects?
      2. Do you have a proper information in the Fields and Layouts tabs in the sObject inspector?
      3. What exact information is improper in the FLS tab?

      Also, can you please let me know if you can apply any changes to your FLS data?


      All this information will help us a lot to find a reason and a solution to the issue.

         Hi Kate.


        I am sorry I did not attach an image.


        1. Is the issue reproduced for all your objects?
          R: Yes, i've tested that for both standard and custom objects
        2. Do you have a proper information in the Fields and Layouts tabs in the sObject inspector?
          R: Fields looks good but Layouts is only showing "There is no data to display"
        3. What exact information is improper in the FLS tab?
          The inspector shows field and profiles names properly, however it does not show what the selected visibility is nor the icons at the top of the column where you should see what the options are.

        Please refer to the attachment i just added to this bug report and do let me know if you have any other question

          Hi Jose,


          Thank you for your response and for all the information.


          In this case, I kindly ask you to download the IDE one more time from the website and please re-install it.

          Please let me know if this would help. 

          Looks like that some controllers don't work properly for the FLS inspector, and re-installing can put things on a proper place.


          As for the Layouts tab, you can download the Layouts metadata to your TWS project and after this, you will be able to see a data in this inspector.

            Hi Jose,


            Looks like we have found a reason for the issue, and this is related to some changes after updating Mac OS to Mojave one.

            May I please clarify with you if you have this Mac OS currently?


            Our developers are already working on solving this issue, and we will include this fix to the next version of TWS for Mac.

            Also, if you find any other panels where icons are missed, please let us know.

                We have released an updated version of The Welkin Suite with the necessary changes to solve the current issue.

                So I kindly ask you to update your TWS and check if the issue would be reproduced.
