    My trial version of Welkin Suite was working fine yesterday.  I open the suite this morning and all interaction with it is locked.  See my attached image.  I was very pleased with my trial so far.  But, I can't justify to my manager buying it with this issue.  Anyone know of a fix?

      Hi Taukappa,


      Thank you for contacting us with this issue.


      May I please clarify with you if you have an access to the main menu of the IDE? If no, can you please click 'No' on the error and check this again?

      Also, can you please tell me if you use the 'Load last solution' option for startup type of the IDE? You can find this in the menu Tools -> Options -> Environment -> Startup.

      if yes and you have the access to the main menu, can you please change the startup type and check if the issue would be reproduced?

      One more question is which file(s) is opened in the editor when you get this error.


      Our developers have started to investigate a reason for this issue, and we would greatly appreciate any additional information.

        Yes, I had "Load the last solution" enabled.  Changing it to "Show empty environment" solved the issue.  Thanks.  But, that still means there's an issue with the Load Last.  A class was opened upon start.

          Hi Taukappa,


          Thank you for your response.


          Currently, you can use the 'Recent Projects and Solutions' option for opening the necessary project instead of 'Load the last solution' one. It is available for you in the menu File.

          We are investigating the issue and are going to solve it as soon as we will find a fix for it.
