    Hi,

    I am getting no visual feedback when performing a pull or force pull when using the suite. This has been impeding my work on several lightning components due to pending change errors. My only solution is either update the file through dev console or another IDE, either of those I could possiblity overwrite co-workers changes. Can you please address this issue asap.

      Hi Joe,


      Thank you for your post.


      I kindly ask you to check if you have selected file, folder, or project in the Solution Explorer.

      We have been faced with this issue when there is a selected folder in the Solution and we will work to solve this.


      So please select a project or file related to your project in the Solution Explorer and check if the issue would be reproduced.

        Hi Kate,

        When you select the component from the solution explorer a pop-up gives visual feedback that you are updating from the server. There is a new issue when you need to resolve conflicts, when the "resolve" button is clicked the suite hangs and is unresponsive for a long period of time.

          We are aware of this issue too, and our developers are going to fix this in one of the nearest version of The welkin Suite for Mac.

            "Pull from Salesforce" and "Force pull from Salesforce" crash and close the application (The Welkin Suite for Mac Blaze R14).  I'm not sure how to obtain a crash report/logs.

              Hi David. 

              I kindly ask you to reproduce this one more time and please send us a bug report with attached log files directly from the IDE - you can find this functionality in the menu Help -> Report a Bug, please specify your email and enable the 'Attach Log File' checkbox.

              This way we would receive your TWS log files which could help us to find a reason for the error.
