I would like to try the app, but cannot get started, as I get the "Sorry, but there's a problem with credentials you entered" message. Triple checked credentials and they work on other IDEs.

Thank you for your post.
We haven’t been faced with this issue for a custom domain yet so we are going to have to investigate it.
Could I please ask you to reproduce this several times and send us the log file in our Bug report (Help -> Report a Bug) or attach it and a screenshot with the error here?

Check that -- removed the "https://" from the custom domain and it worked!

Hi.
We got your Bugreports.
Thank you very much for finding the reason for the issue.
Exactly this format of the Domain name (without ‘https://’) is pointed out as an example in the Download wizard.
I will add a case for the use of a Domain name with ‘https://’ to be acceptable to our backlog.
