    I've tried multiple times, and all I get is the blue bar keeps scrolling back and forth at the Loading license information window. I'm about 5 days into a trial period.

    I'm curious for the other users as I'm evaluating this product for a rather large team of users and if loging into the tool is problematic, or even slow this will won't be good. Even slight hickups will become problematic and troublesome for us. I only as because it feels like load times (particularly login times) are slow.

      Thank you for contacting us with this information.


      We have been faced with this issue, and our developers are currently looking for a reason for this since it is not stable reproduced.

      Right now, as a temporary workaround, you can follow the next steps to log in to the IDE:

           1. please close the IDE and open the folder /Library/TheWelkinSuite/;
           2. delete the file 'tws.wallet.bin';
           3. open the IDE and use your username to log in.


      Please let me know if this would help you to get an access to The Welkin Suite IDE with your account.

        I'm having the same problem. Any updates on how to fix this? I really wanted to invest in this product for my company but we might have to look elsewhere if we can't even login.

          Thank you for your post.

          Previously we had the similar issue related to Log in to The Welkin Suite for Mac, but that one was caused by incorrect handling of saving credentials to tws.wallet.bin file.

          We have solved this issue in one of the previous version of the IDE.


          The issue that you were faced with was related to access privileges.
