    I just downloaded and installed Blaze R10 on a brand new MacBook Pro and it fails to start (I get an error message simply saying "The Welkin Suite Blaze failed to start" and then my only option is to force-quit the application). Is there anywhere I can get a log file from that I could attach that might help diagnose what's going on?

      Hi Andy,

      Thank you for contacting us with this issue.

      Please sorry for the inconvinience cause - we've discovered a rare case in the newly released Blaze R10 that prevents it from starting sometimes.

      We have just rolled back the Blaze R10 release and we will release the R11 release on Monday with fix for this case, so everything will be ok.

      However, right now I'd ask you to remove The Welkin Suite Blaze R10 from your Mac and to download The Welkin Suite Blaze R9 from the Downloads page - it should work without any issues.
