The Welkin Suite Setup has stopped working

    I open the executable, it says it is extracting files and then crashes before I can get anywhere. 

    Running Windows 7.1

    I've attempted to use procmon/procexp to see where it is writing the files and it doesn't appear to have gotten that far yet...?

    Any Ideas on how to procede?

      Hi Ian,

      Please sorry for a delay with response.

      We haven't yet experienced such issue.

      Can you please try installing Microsoft .Net 4.5 ( and if this doesn't help - download and install Visual Studio 2013 Isolated Shell ( and retry TWS isntallation.

      In the meantime we'll try to investigate what may be the reason for your issue.
