    My Welkin had the most popular issue - 'Find is broken'. I did all workaround to resolve this issue. So finally decided to uninstall and install it.

    I think this is now my biggest mistake. "Welkin is not installing on my machine". Please see the screenshot of Window task manager.

      Finally, Welkin installation screen open after 15 min and Welkin installed successfully.

        Thank you for your post and for your update!


        We will investigate what were the reasons for both issues that you were faced.

        May I please ask you to send us the 'TWS_Installation.log' and 'UpdaterService.log' files - you can attach them here so that we could analyze it?
        You can find the files in the next folders: 

        • %LocalAppData%\The Welkin Suite\Installation\;
        • %ProgramData%\TheWelkinSuite\UpdaterService\.
