Is there a setting to make this available?  All the sudden the option is gone to debug anon.

      Hi Derricke,

      Thank you for your post.

May I please ask you to tell me what version of The Welkin Suite do you have?

      Thank you,

          Hi Derricke,

Thank you for your quick response.

May I please clarify if you are working on SFDX project?

If yes, currently there is no ability to use the debug functionality - we are going to implement it in the next versions of The Welkin Suite.

If you are working on a regular Salesforce project, can you please check if you have the 'Debug Anonymous Apex' command in the context menu in your Anonymous file?

          Thank you,

          Kate

I am just working out of a sandbox.  I recall i was able to debug anon by right click on the file as well and that option is missing too.

              Hi Derricke,

              Thank you for the response.

In this case, I kindly ask you to send us a bug report directly from the IDE: you can find this option in the menu Help -> Report a Bug, please put your email and enable the 'Attach Log File' check-box. This way we would receive your TWS log files that could help us to find a reason for the issue.

Also, can you please tell me when exactly the button has disappeared (for example, after updating the IDE, when you has started working on a new project, etc.) and if this is reproduced for all your TWS projects (if you don't have any other one, you can create a new one to check).

              Thank you,
              Kate

Okay i sent out a bug report.  Just FYI, I was able to get anon debugging back into the context menu by deleting the anon file and re-adding it into my solution. However, it is not hitting any break points at all on my anon file so I still sent out a bug report.

                Thank you

                Derrick

                  Hi Derrick,

Thank you for your update and for the bug report.

May I please clarify if you have no ability to put breakpoints in your Anonymous Apex file or the IDE doesn't stop on them during debugging?

If you cannot put a breakpoint in a file, can you please check if you can do this in a log file that you get after an anonymous apex execution? Also, can you please tell me if you cannot put any breakpoint in an Anonymous file itself or after you have started a debug process (in the debug mode).

Is the issue applied to unit tests?

In general, looks like that some debugging settings were broken during updating the IDE. I kindly ask you to uninstall TWS (you can do this via your Control Panel), download the latest version from the site, and install it again.

Please let me know if the issue would be reproduced after this.

                  Looking forward to your response.

                  Thank you,

                  Kate
