I kindly ask you to send us your 'TWS_Installation' log file that is located in the next folder: %LocalAppData%\TheWelkinSuite\Installation\TWS_Installation.log
You can save a backup copy of this log file and use the next workaround:
1. please remove Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 Shell (Isolated) from the Programs and Features list, if this is present there;
2. delete The Welkin Suite IDE from the Programs and Features list also;
3. install Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 Shell (Isolated) using the next link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=40764;
4. install The Welkin Suite IDE again.
Please let us know if the IDE would be installed successfully after this.
